I had a fantastic stay at this place. The staff were all friendly and gave great customer service. The location was perfect, right at a bus stop, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and had all the amenities I needed, like a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle. I was also impressed with the hotel facilities, such as the fitness centre and the free Wi-Fi in public areas. I had a wonderful experience here.
This hotel is also a great option for families.

The staff were friendly and the check-in and check-out process was quick. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city centre and the Excel centre. The hotel also provided a complimentary breakfast with pastries, fruit, tea, and coffee. I had a great experience.

Comfortable beds, spotlessly clean rooms, great kitchen facilities. Free washing machine and dryer. Furnished studio with cooking facilities. Free breakfast. Fantastic and fast Wi-Fi.

The shower and kitchen areas were particularly good. Location not too far from a major shopping center and nearby grocery stores. Directly opposite a bus stop.
It was difficult getting responses from front desk/reception. We couldn't control the room heating from our room.

As a budget traveller, I was impressed by the welcoming staff and secure parking at a reasonable rate. The free grab and go breakfast was a nice surprise. The room was spacious, immaculately cleaned, and had great facilities.
Felt so well taken care of, no complaints whatsoever.
